    A quarterly plan with specific tasks outlined and tracked so you always know the progress of quarterly improvements.

    Make service requests online and track all updates until complete. Direct message your Landmark account manager anytime.
  • Invoices, proposals and contracts in one place
    Invoices, proposals and assessment reports can all be found in the portal seven days a week any time of day.
  • Optional community member access
    Manage access to property management team members and anyone you determine needs access to the portal.
  • Quality sentiment indicator
    Indicate quality sentiment with a rating of 1 – 5. Anytime a quality sentiment less than 4 is indicated, a Landmark representative is automatically notified.
